4-Hour Modification & Cancellation Window (Important)

Customers are granted a strict 4-hour window after placing an order to request any modification or cancellation. This is the only period during which changes are permitted.

During this initial 4-hour timeframe, orders are briefly held to allow customers to review details and request corrections if necessary.
Once this window closes, the order is automatically released into production, at which point no further changes are possible.

Changes Allowed Within the 4-Hour Window

Within the 4-hour window, customers may request the following adjustments:

• Size changes
• Color or style updates
• Corrections to custom text or personalization
• Replacement of uploaded images or design files
• Changes to product type or quantity
• Cancellation of the entire order
• Shipping address updates

Why the 4-Hour Policy Is Strict

After the flexibility window ends, production preparation begins immediately. This includes:

• Reviewing customization or personalization details
• Preparing printing or production instructions
• Allocating materials, variants, and inventory
• Scheduling the order into the production queue

Once these steps start, modifying or canceling an order may result in production delays, workflow disruptions, or material waste. For this reason, the 4-hour policy is applied equally to all customers without exception.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

If you need to make a change, acting quickly is essential. Email is the fastest and most reliable method for urgent requests.

To request a change correctly, please follow these steps:

Use the subject line for priority handling:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation”

Include the following details in your message:

• Full name
• Email address used at checkout
• Order number
• A clear and specific explanation of the requested change

Examples of Clear Requests

• “Please change the size from Medium to Large.”
• “Please cancel my entire order.”
• “Please update my shipping address to the following address.”
• “I uploaded the wrong image—please replace it with the attached file.”

Requests submitted after the 4-hour window will be declined, as the order will already be in production.

No Changes After the 4-Hour Window

Once the modification window has passed, the order becomes final. Tiannews cannot accept requests for:

• Size changes
• Color or design modifications
• Custom text edits
• File or image replacements
• Order cancellations
• Shipping address changes

This policy ensures fast fulfillment and consistent service for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. This includes verifying:

• Street name and house number
• Apartment, unit, or suite number
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Correct spelling
• Address validity with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL

Even minor errors may result in delivery delays or failed shipments.

Consequences of Incorrect Address Information

If a carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Common delivery issues include:

• Insufficient address
• Address not recognized
• Missing unit or apartment number
• Recipient moved

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Tiannews is not responsible for replacement or refund. The order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
