This guide explains how your order moves from checkout to delivery, the reasons behind our timelines, and what you can expect throughout the process.

A. Order Processing

All orders placed on tiannews.com require a standard processing period of 2–5 business days. This timeframe allows our team to carefully review order details, confirm payment, and ensure that every item meets our quality standards before shipment.

During processing, orders go through multiple steps, including item inspection, preparation, secure packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check.
Our business days run from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders submitted after 7:00 PM EST are automatically queued for processing on the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next available working day to maintain consistent handling quality.

B. Additional Processing for Special Orders

Certain orders may require extended processing times.

Customized or personalized products—including names, artwork, text, or custom designs—require an additional 1–3 business days to allow for design review, production accuracy, and quality checks.

Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability, production volume, and order complexity.

Same-day processing is only available for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Carriers

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using reliable shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for select destinations.
The carrier is chosen based on delivery location, package size, weight, and the most secure and efficient shipping route available.

D. Shipping Fees

All domestic orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
This fee supports durable packaging, careful handling, and dependable delivery services. We prioritize transparency, ensuring there are no hidden or unexpected shipping charges at checkout.

E. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, and regional logistics.

Remote or rural locations may experience longer transit times. Additionally, carrier delays can occur due to weather conditions, seasonal demand, or operational disruptions beyond our control.

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or major promotional events, processing and delivery timelines may temporarily extend. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Tiannews is unable to ship orders to the following locations.

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These restrictions are due to carrier limitations and logistical constraints. We continue working toward expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package. During peak seasons, tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most accurate delivery updates.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notices

National holidays, major sales events, and extreme weather conditions can increase carrier volume and impact delivery timelines nationwide.
To minimize delays, we strongly encourage customers to place holiday orders as early as possible.
